Is a professional, reputable international foreign language institute in Chang’an, Dong Guan, Guang Dong.  We strive to provide a caring, responsible and effective language learning environment for all English and Japanese learners in Chang’an but our students come as far as Song Gang, Da Ling Shan and Hu Men.

Since its establishment in mid 2005, the former “McGIll English Education Center” has so far provided English training (and Japanese training since 2007) to well over 4000 students both inside and outside the school. Thanks to our professional management, quality teaching staff and supportive students, we are now considered a prestigious foreign language training center in Chang’an.

To meet the demand of the growing need for Japanese language, and to help China become a truly global player, we have since 2007 added Japanese language to our training item and now officially name our school to VICTOR International Language Institute (or VICTOR Language). For our foreign friends and visitors, we also offer standard Mandarin lessons taught by qualified teachers using either English or Japanese.

Our teaching philosophy can be characterized by:  “Informative”, “Interactive” and “Interesting”.

We provide class rooms with the most conducive learning environment possible (sufficient lighting, air-conditioned, sound-proof, and good sound system). The average class size is only 15-20 students (max. 25).

Our programs are designed to suit all levels from absolute beginners to advanced learners; catering to both adults and children.
